Hi, I’m Ian and I’ve loved photography and taking photographs for a long time. Having worked as a photographer and, more recently, a graphic designer I am fully aware of the power of the photograph and the immense enjoyment that creating these images can bring to both the photograher and the viewer.

Photography has been a passion of mine for many years and I have experienced the move from film to digital with interest and enthusiasm. Many photographers were initially very sceptical about the move to digital cameras, but recently have embraced it and taken the photography world to new heights.

Having put down my film camera several years ago, I experienced the challenges and freedom of the digital revolution. Initially, I missed the challenges that processing and printing gave, but embracing Adobe Photoshop and mastering it’s techniques made me realise that the dark room hadn’t disappeared but had just moved to the computer.
